Had a great time playing music at Pivot Spirits last night. The staff was great and the owners were awesome. It was nice to see... a good hard-working family team putting so much thought and care into their product, it was quite refreshing, just like theircocktail menu! Fun drive on a Saturday to this little hidden gem. Great ambience, friendly staff. Family owned, they grow their own grain for... the distillery. Great food & drinks. The wild card pizza, which changes weekly is a must try....you never know, the mostunlikely combinations turn out to be delicious! We'll be back! Read more
Easily the #1 place for pizza in the County, and likely the best example of farm to table dining as well. We have dined here... multiple times and have not been disappointed. Fantastic rural dining experience, especially on the patio! The staff &Distiller are friendly & talkative. The crew at Pivot go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. We have tried morethan a few Gins (Aviation, Tanqueray, Edinburgh Gin, Beefeater, Park Distillery in Banff, Costco Kirkland etc. ). Pivot's maynot be as juniper heavy as some, but it's ingredients are more interesting and their Farmacy Gin is the smoothest we have triedso far. Their Winter gin is fantastic with cranberry juice, tonic, and cinnamon syrup. Pivot offers a changing variety ofwhiskies and whisky/craft beer cocktails depending on season and what two beers they have on tap. Read more
