This location is the 'red headed stepchild' of Chipotles in the southbay. However I've had good experiences here in the past... year or so. Food is fresh and made quickly. New menu items are tasty. I haven't had any screwed up orders. Online ordering seemsto work better than in the past. The rewards system is nice you can get free entres and sides if you are a regular customer.Portions seem normal in this post inflationary apocalypse. Customer service SUUCCKKKSSS!!! Worse restaurant I've been to. To begin with, there's only 1 person on the food line during... lunch time 1Pm, I saw a guy which must have been management who decided to sit out on tables with a person he knows. He saw theking was getting busier with customers. There was about 6 people behind me. He made eye contact with me about 3 times but wouldlook towards the kitchen. I saw about 4 people back there but nobody wanted to help. Until the guy saw line was getting busierhe decides to call over ONE employee to help out. I get helped by her, asked for a bowl, and for my protein gives me the lastscraps of the steak. I assumed she was going to get more because she turned around towards the counter. She stepped away andanother employee helped and she asked what sauces I wanted, I told her that I assumed they'd put more steak on my bowl and shesaid "no that look like about a scoop" for the sake or arguing and be being hungry I said whatever just give me the othertoppings. Then I go to pay the girl just tosses my reciept in the bag and doesn't say anything. Not even atleast a thank you.Really? GREAT customer service. No wonder this place has a 3.9 ? rating... Why are you in charge of wrapping the burritos if you don't know how to wrap a burrito? This lady literally just poorly mashed... together my "food" after I told her it was okay to use another tortilla. And then when I asked for salsa she literally scoopedthe top layer of liquid and threw it over my food. I asked her to not do that and to actually give me some salsa and she lookedat me and did it again, followed up with a, "What?" Because it was so wet it literally disintegrated in my car and leakedeverywhere on the drive home. Terrible service. Never coming back here again. Read more

I'm a big fan of the new plant-based chorizo! Unfortunately, out of the 4 times that I've gotten it at this location, 3 of... those times it was badly burnt At this point it feels like they have an ongoing competition to see who can burn it the worst. Read more

I went there last night with a friend at 8:30 pm. They close at 10 pm. They still had an hour and a half before closing. There... was no fresh food and the employees didn?t seem to want to make an effort to make any more beans, guac, veggies, or brown rice.The rice was gross and hard, I got the rest of the black beans (which wasn?t much at all), half a spoon of watered down pico, noguac, barely any veggies, a couple pieces of lettuce, and they were stingy with the steak. I spent $15 on a bowl that I didn?teven want to eat. The crazy part is so many other people came in after us and they had to leave because nobody would make freshfood. Every other Chipotle I?ve been to has been great about this type of thing but I always have problems with this one. One ofthe worst experiences I?ve had at Chipotle and by far the worst bowl I?ve ever eaten at the chain. This is a pretty bad locationif you ask me. The portions here are much smaller than all the other Chipotles I?ve ever been to. It?s still enough for a meal, but you might... not have any leftovers. Online ordering for pickup via their app is fairly easy. Too bad there is no option to put the lettuceon the side though. Tortillas now cost 25 cents to add to a bowl, so they aren?t free any more. I have always thought the burritos were large however this is a huge swing (see picture). It was also the wrong meat and missing... ingredients. I get that mistakes are made but this is after I get hassled everything I order my son a build your own taco.Cheese and salsa are not sides, they should be part of the meal or at least give me the option to add them (at a cost).
