I ordered sub# 7 in giant size. The meat was d quality, and it was all fats. I could smell the smell, and the taste was a... disaster. The bread was ancient, and it was not fresh. I ordered to include Avacado, but a portion of avocado applied was notenough to taste it. Service was a disaster and made wring sandwich, and when brought to their attention, they did not change it,just made and removed those items I did not like on my sandwich. I never recommend the Mike Jersey sub to anybody. I paid $19.45for the lossy sandwich. Read more

Room for improvement. Sandwich ingredients were fresh and tasty, however the guy with the colored hair and matching nails just... SOAKED the sandwich when it's Mike's Way. Not just mine, while I waited to pay I saw him drench the next person's sandwich too.So careful if you get this guy making your sandwich. I asked for napkins as there weren't any in my bag or by the soda counter,the cashier asked me to wait as they were "just unpacking them from delivery", this was 12:00pm by the way. It was a short waitbefore the cashier returned and just handed me paper towels from what they use in the restroom, at least they were clean, so Iwent on my way. Went into PV location at 1:45pm. Staff yelling at each other. Took very long time to make a $12 sandwich. I asked for a water... cup- the floor in front of soda machine was so sticky my shoes were sticking to it. The counter was wet, dirty and also sticky. I turned around to ask for something to wipe up the counter and noticed the entire counter where pick up is and the back ofregister was filthy. Gross. Read more

Well the... excitement is now over , they have been open for a while I have eaten here everyday just about . Like all new thing the start isalways top shelf service and customer service is the best . Now for the past few months now you walk in and some days it greatand some well you are face to face with a depressed , miserable face so coming into the store is no longer a enjoyableexperience. So you decide the sandwich is still the best it's jersey for crying out loud. So you use the app . You put theorder in and intentionally they give you the wrong things .So you think do I want to deal with a depressed person or get wrongitems.then they short you brownies 2.55 around there for a 99 cent cookie well you willing to steal from me I gotta cut you off. You lost a customer for good and for being cowards not picking up the phone .do us all a favor and just quit get out of hereshut the doors . Have respect for the brand . The food is great customer service just not worth me giving my money to good byejersey it was fun while it lasted . UPDATE : After taking some time off ordering from jersey due to extreme lack of customerservice. I had heard rumors that this place had improved. After careful consideration I have had multiple 10 orders 0 onlineand here is the outcome . The team is pleasant and gives the traditional jersey welcome. The sandwichs are always top knotch .So this will just be on staff . The attitude is great upbeat and more ingadging. The experience is what you would expect from ajersey welcome back to being my number one place to eat I truly miss you , this is a staff you want working consistently I wouldgo out and say this is your golden team . Yay, Jersey Mike's Subs has come to PV! It was PACKED on Friday at noon, but the line moved fast. I counted 8 employees... working feverishly behind the counter, wow. Unfortunately, they were out of steak. I also wanted to try the new PortabellaMushroom Cheese Steak sandwich, but they didn't offer it here. So I got a #16 Mike's Chicken Philly on wheat bread and a #42Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak on Rosemary Parmesean bread instead. It took a while for them to prepare my order, but I didn'tmind waiting because I knew it was freshly made. If I wasn't redeeming a gift certificate and coupon that required me to be inperson, then I would have ordered beforehand using their app online. The food is delicious and the Chipotle was actually muchsweeter than I expected. The Chipotle wasn't spicy at all--which was good for me to share with my elderly father who can't takethe heat. It's a bit pricey at about $10 per sandwich for a regular size, but it's 7 inches and quite filling and freshly made. Read more
