Great customer service! Went this past Friday and my sandwich was made quicker than any other jimmy johns I?ve been to. And the... bathrooms were the cleanest I?ve seen in any fast food industry. From the bathrooms to the counters to the tables and floors,everything was spotless. Everyone was always working quickly and efficiently even with the new staffing. Ordered at 12 it was 1:10 and nothing called like 10 times and nothing so I had to drive over there just for the guy with the... biggest double chin I?ve seen give me the worst attitude like it was my fault his system went down. Told me if I didn?t like itto cancel the order online. Got a call at 1:26 that they weren?t going to be able to deliver my meal. I wasn?t a very big fan of JJ sandwiches until the day I tried it at this location and made by Mr. Rogelio Duran! His care for... a customer shows how responsible and professional this person is. He kindly gave us ( me and my husband) tips how to make oursandwich perfect and indeed it was perfect! This changed my opinion about JJ sandwiches and we will be definitely coming back! Read more
This location runs with limited staff and yet they still exceed expectations not only with the quality of the bread and... ingredients but with their customer service. I always order here, online, only because it is a quick solution for food when the office has to work through lunch. The... delivery is fast and the delivery drivers are typically adequate but they always forget to read any of the extra comments orrequests for sauce packets on the side. Whar kind of hours are they keeping? Same goes for the Arlington Heights location on Dunton, their ad says Monday-Saturday ... until 9pm, they closed at 7pm, no notice, no sign....just 2 jerks inside laughing at people knocking to get service. Read more
