Ask for coke no ice they gave me coke with ice. Instead of making a coke no ice the two ladies talk to each other like they... didn't understand and gave me the coke with ice. Come here if you like to wait or enjoy food poisoning. Consistently slow service, unfriendly staff. Today the drive thru took 20... minutes for a happy meal. Several other times I've ordered extra toys, which they failed to give me, or otherwise got the orderwrong. I usually go to the one on northwest highway, which is a good location. But avoid this one on Kirchoff. Update, dayfollowing posting this review: My 5 year old, for whom I purchased the aforementioned happy meal, was puking up apple slices andchicken nuggets all last night. All over me, the bed, the floor and a couple rugs. This marks the first time she's thrown up in3 years and we're confident it was food poisoning from the happy meal from this specific location. No fever, no othersymptoms. Update: More than 24 hours later and my child is still vomiting. Never again will I go to this location. Read more
This McDonald's is consistently poor quality of food they serve. The food is always lukewarm. I ordered a double cheese burger... and they slapped on the cheese right from the refrigerator. The cinnamon roll was rock hard when I got home. Read more
My family went for breakfast and got a burrito, McGriddle, biscuit sandwich, & large water. They charged me for an extra hot... sauce $0.25 when I didn?t even ask for that. Sorry to say, this McDonalds will not get 5 stars from me. Went in yesterday to get a few burgers. I had to wait for someone to... take my order. No one around the front. Anyway, someone did come to take my order. Two Big Mac's and a 1/4 ponder to go I ask.The cost $17 plus change! What I said out laud! I know she says! It takes me 5 minutes to get home. One Big Mac for my wife andthe other for me. The 1/4 ponder was for my dog. Yes, my dog! Better then have those puppy eyes beaming at you ... lol Well backto this comment. The hamburger on the Big Mac's were over cooked, dry out more like it! The buns were kind of on their way tohardness as well! This location is consistently terrible!! I used to go every morning after I switched to this location. All the food is way... precooked old 4hard dry. It's not ur regular gross cheap mcdonalds food that you buy cuz it's easy, it's also disgustingly staleand making me question how long this meat has been sitting in that warmer. Forgotten straws napkins and manners make this a hardno for me. Hopefully they'll close soon. Read more
