Worst place to order pizza from, I called the local phone # to this store to place an order for pick-up. Unknown to me my call... got routed to a call center!!! They told me my order would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes, so I show up at the store and theguy says what is your name? I give him my name and then he's like I don't have an offer for you, did you place an online order?I said no, I called your #, he's like well our phone is not working and neither is the online! The worst delivery I've seen. If you order delivery from this store, you are very likely to have half of you order delivered,... and never get the rest. I've had pizza delivered for several years now, I feel like half of my orders have issues with deliverydrivers being incompetent. I'm done buying from this terrible store Read more
The store at 3330 Kirchoff Rd, Rolling Meadows, gets "Well done" perfect every time. Pro tip: The pan pizza is great if its left... on the conveyer just a little longer then normal. Read more
Each time when we go in, the guy with the long hair it's very mean and very poor customer service skills. I prefer going... somewhere else just because of that,even though we love pizza hut. Sad but true???? Read more
I like hut pizza, but I don want to buy in this place, the guy (fat and long hair), don't care the customers, when I get my... pizzas he seems mute, don't greet, don't say that you. It is better for the store he quit. Guy go to work where don't need tospeak. Just days later y place my order again and this guy did the same. I never come back this place I prefer Little Pizza morecheaper and exceptional service I highly recommend and it find in the same shopping place. Read more
I wanted to place an order for my son. He was rewarded the Book It! form for reading everyday for a month. However, I didn't... want to have to go in and order. I noticed there was a code on the Book It! form so I figured I could just download and orderthrough the app. Ordering with the app was easy and simple. To redeem, enter the coupon code first (I believe you can do this);I originally started entering an order for a personal pan pizza, but when I went to redeem the code, it created a custom pizza.I was able to delete the pizza I added and redeem without owing anything. You will need to add a debit/credit card or Apple Pay(what I used), but you won't be charged for anything. The staff at the restaurant was friendly as well. Read more

We ordered the big diner box and it came with wings but they where chicken nuggets and it was an 8 peace wings and there was... only 6 so yea and there was a lot more bread then the actual pizza Read more
