We ordered catering for a party of 55 people, it was very good! Great value, the chicken, pasta and beef were crowd pleasers and... the zeppoles were a real treat. Everything was hot and right on time. I would definitely recommend. Read more
BAD experience with the Rolling Meadows Rosati's. This part is my fault: I placed an order and paid for it with a credit card.... As soon as I hung up, we had a family situation requiring a cancellation. I called back immediately- my hand was still on myphone. I talked to 3 different people who passed the phone around and said the pizza was already in the oven, which was quiteimpossible, considering it was literally within 30 seconds of hanging up. Yes, I realize I had placed the order and paid. Myfault. But that pizza was not started. The 3rd person I talked to said the manager would call me back. About 15 minutes later,he called. Of course by this time, he's telling me the pizza was almost done and about 20 minutes had passed. Of course it wasin the oven by this time. I said I needed the order cancelled and he said he would, but they would only refund 50% of the costof my order. So I would be paying 50% of the price for nothing. So we ended up not cancelling the order. Then, when we finallyreceived the order, it was incorrect! Also, one of the two pizzas was cold and stiff. I was so depleted at this point I didn'teven call them again. I realize they won't be hurt by our lack of business, but I've never had an experience like this. Read more
I ordered a build your own pasta . When I got home, I opened it and saw it filled with olive oil. It was an greasy to the point... where it soaked through the bag . I took it back to be remade. They gave me the new one . I opened it when I got home and itwas literally a pasta soup. 20% noodles and 80% sauce. Pathetic ! Doesn?t even taste the same anymore and the people who workthere don?t care! He?s on the phone swearing with his friend while customers are waiting for their food. Never coming back ! Read more
We ordered Rosati?s when they first opened and we were not impressed. We decided to give them another chance during their 50%... off day since they reopened after getting new ovens and the pizza was delicious! We ordered the Hawaiian and Classic combo andhave no complaints. The crust was a little overdone but we love it crispy! The staff was super busy but the pizza was ready ontime and the staff was nice. Their slices are also really good! We will be back! Read more
Ordered a pizza yesterday with a $4 OFF coupon for any purchase over $15. Coupon was sent to me by email since I was a Rosati's... Rewards member. When I went to get pizza, I was told they would not honor the coupon # 443201745348. Only stipulation on couponwas that order was over $15 but I even had increased size of pizza after being told it has to be min of 16". Even with that,they did not honor the coupon when I arrived.
