New menu is nice, tried using a coupon & was informed it didn't work on the new subs, then tried using the app & the rolling... meadows subway was not a store location that used the coupon.....spent $40 for 3 footlongs will NOT go 2 that location anymore,it's close to my house, but the coupon didn't specify what subs you could order, the coupon was 3 footlong subs for $17.99, that's a big difference in what I paid!!! Subway® Series sub, no purchase necessary*?Million Sub Giveaway?from 10am... until 12pm?At this location I was first told they did not participate in the promo giveaway and then I was told by a differentemployee that they had sold out their 50 free sub limit?I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! There were only 2 people in the Subway when Iarrived at around 11:40am?the likelihood they ?sold out? seems really small?especially when that store has numerous postedflyers informing about what promos and coupon deals the store participates in?there was ZERO about this giveaway!!! Full price of 9$ for a side salad I guess. Quantity is so less I don?t know how subway salads are filling. Would not recommend... salads at this location unless you are in a diet. Portions are very less at this location. Olive Garden salad is much better andtastier than a subway salad Read more
Time for this place to go out of business! I gave this place 3 different times to get my order right got it wrong every time I... payed for extra bacon and pepperoni and cheese and 1 time got no pepperoni and other other time got no bacon! Just returned here for a to-go lunch after an 18-month hiatus from COVID and working from home. Previously, they were very... generous loading up a sandwich with the non-meat extras and I showed my appreciation by visiting at least three times per week.(It looks as if it?s under new ownership as I didn?t recognize any of the usual workers who used to help me before.) I orderedtwo footlongs, one of which was a veggie sandwich, which is already overpriced as it is, but that?s the sandwich I wanted. Iasked for extra spinach in my veggie sandwich after he put six spinach leaves on my sandwich and?I kid you not?he grabbed threewilted spinach leaves and threw them into the bread. The remainder of the veggies I requested were added in the same minimalistfashion as if I was taking his personal food out of his home refrigerator. How cheap can you be? Wow this place is super. It's friendly clean and the food just pops out at you. Bread is fresh and everyone seems to be on... point. They have free cookies on Tuesday which is always a good treat to keep in mind. They also have a side bench so you caneat outside when the weather is nice. Which I think is very cool. Very nice spot. I saw them cut my bread clearly not in half, giving me the shorter piece for the 6 piece I asked for. They also charged me for... teriyaki chicken when I asked for grilled chicken even tho they added grilled chicken to the sandwich. My order that I get everytime went from 9 dollars to 12 because they tried to charge me for different meat that I got. Don't eat here they're trying tocheap out and watch out if they're charging you something different. Read more
