Probably the dumbest McDonald's in the 100 mile radius. Or maybe they are too cheap to upgrade their speaker/microphones.
Dont order your food from mcdonalds on the app as they dont even acknowledge you in the restaurant.Had to tell 3 staff members... about my mobile order because no one had done anything about it! On top of that I waited over 30 minutes for someone else toask what I was doing waiting on the window Seriously?! To wrap it all up they didnt even do the order like i asked them to. They had kiosks in there now. I ordered a big Mac combo and it tasted really good. I had a Hi-C orange drink with extra ice. ... The fries were really nice and salty!! I tried the new cheese Danish bakery thing. Read more
We ordered a 10 pc order of nuggets and a small burger. We waited for 30 minutes. The fat dude kept coming to our car to ask us... what we had ordered. We ended up presenting our receipt inside for a refund and got fried burritos in rio grande instead. Read more
Went there for a Happy meal for my kiddo (Pokemon edition by the way), and to be honest it was not bad, got him nuggets, apple... juice with less sugar, fries, apple slices and of course his toy. For me I got the fries basket and dollar menu stuff, good forthe road. Only thing that was not good at the drive thru was that the microphone was not working properly and the employee wasnot able to hear me out so good. Read more
Ordered 20 piece nuggets and fries via drive thru and was told to park in front, waited for half an hour while everyone behind... me in the drive thru got their orders except us. My dad got down to ask about the food and talk to a manager about thesituation but the manager refused to come out. This happened on 8/14/22 at around 9pm, manager REFUSED to come out and addressthe situation. After a second attempt at speaking to the manager we asked for our money back and the manager still didn?t comeout and sent out and employee who gave us our money and ?free nuggets.? Waited 20 minutes after paying to get 4 meals. Lady giving food to another car waiting after us asked what we ordered. Gave up... after another 5 minutes and went inside to get our food. Was still missing part of our order and food that was correct waspoorly made. Read more
