We were there on a Sunday evening. We had a great server, and the food was good. Only downers were one in our party got the... 2-entree platter, including a brisket quesadilla that hardly had brisket in it, and we had to keep asking for to-go boxes. Butoverall, it was good. Read more
Party of 8, Came into the area for a music festival. Our last day before heading home, we stopped at this Chilis and met Renee.... She was the best waitress anyone could ask for. Pretty sure she was a mind reader because she just kept bringing us thingsbefore we got a chance to ask for them. She?s excellent!! Never skipped a beat. Best service ever !!! Read more
The food was great, however I did not appreciate the foul mouth (cursing from the employees at the Carry out) area and it was... coming mostly from the female employees. I know we are supposed to be a more equal society so that language should not be usedin a place of business. I'm a retired Military veteran and that was language I often heard in bar's and dives not in arespectable restaurant. There is a time and place for most anything and that wasn't the time or place. I did tell the maleemployee that gave us our food that the language was inappropriate and he appeared to be embarrassed. Hopefully they will alllearn a lesson from this. We enjoyed the food. They make the pictures on the menu look so good. It got me to order on of their new burgers. It was one with Ranch, Bacon and... and sautéed onions... well it was suppose to be. When I got the burger it was over cooked, underseaso ed and missingeverything. I asked for ranch and they brought me some then after to request to check again for the onions I was brought thosein a cup as well. When they arrived they were ice cold so I asked for some that were at least warmed... it was make your ownburger that evening at my table. My mom's burger was burnt as well. I will say my daughter ate all her oranges, loved thespinach cheese dip, and the waitress must have talked to the manager because we got a few dollars off our meal. Read more
My family and I (5 adults and 2 high chairs) were totally ignored while waiting for a table to be set for us to sit. All four... six-tops on the left were empty, 3 of them dirty. Folks came in and were promptly seated while we watched. No one could speak tous, totally ignoring us. After about 10 minutes, I asked for the manager. All he could say was "I'm sorry" and still did nothingto seat us, even though there was now plenty of room. We went elsewhere to eat. ZERO stars. Read more
Seated quick and the server was prompt. We didn't have to wait very long for our order. The server checked up on us throughout... our visit. Food was great and cooked to order. Bathrooms seemed to be kept up and sanitary. Definitely recommend this locationif you are in the mood for Chili's and we will return in the future. Read more
Today I chose Chili's for lunch. It's not so much that I was in the mood for Chili's, but when you have a disability, sometimes... convenience matters more than what you want. Chili's has the To-Go option, in which they'll bring your food out to yourcar. After I received the text that my food was ready, I waited in my car for another 15 minutes. Still no food. I saw anotherTo-Go customer have to go inside to get their food. Another 5 minutes came and went. Resignedly, I grabbed my cane and put onmy coat. It was fairly warm out, but it was also raining. Unfortunately, I couldn't carry my umbrella because I was carrying mycane and would need the other hand to hold the drink. I hobbled over the curve and went to the To-Go door. Surprisingly, astaff member met me at the door with my food. She said she was "just about" to bring it out. How convenient. Awkwardly, shehanded me the bag of food and the drink. All of that embarrassment aside, the food was cold and terrible. I miss when Chili'stasted good! Will I be going to Chili's again? You tell me. Read more
