I ordered the new garlic guajillo steak on tacos. The steak was dry and didn?t have much flavor. I also ordered red chili salsa... on the side which was way too spicy. I couldn?t even eat it in my tacos, it was so hot . I tried the new watermelon limenade andit taste like water with limes in it , barely a taste of watermelon. Went to our local Chipotle restaurant to enjoy our first time at this restaurant. Hoping to order their new steak bowl as shown... on TV 50 times a day. Enter restaurant to find out at 11:30 am Rome Ga.we happen to be out of the new item. If we have a hour towait they should be able to provide this selection. Yea right. I suggest less advertising on TV and spend some of that money toprovide the food to your customers on time. Read more

I like Chipotle and all-however, the chips were stale, hence the bags sitting on the serving stand wide open (duh..close the... bags). This place and other surrounding restaurants are NOTHING like the bigger cities. Y'ALL CANNOT COOK. Read more
I used to love this place and I would go at least once a week. I always got a chicken bowl or half chicken and half steak bowl,... and everyone was always so nice. However, this is the second time I?ve gotten food poisoning from this location. The first timewas not too severe so I thought it was a fluke, but this last time, it was severe. I don?t know what they are or aren?t doingbut if this has happened to me twice AND my brother twice, it?s obviously not a one time deal. I?ve quite literally never had anexperience like this from anywhere else in my life. To say I am upset would be an understatement. Read more
