Always love their food. Not as fast as they used to be. Great if you order ahead. Can be a little slow otherwise.
I understand the employees don't get paid much but whenever we order a pizza that isn't hot n ready they give us attitude. Some... have only let us buy the ones that are ready. Have gotten our pre-ordered pizzas "lost" various times and then made un wait anhour to remake them. We have had to wait over 40 minutes way too many times (even in drive thru) just to buy a simple hot nready. Pizza is great but the service stinks. Read more
I will never go here again! I made an order around 9:30pm. I just had gotten back from Tennessee and was grabbing dinner for... myself, my husband and 5 years old granddaughter. After I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru I was told that they weren't goingto make the pizza, which had been paid for online, until the next day! I asked for my money back and was told that I would haveto call corporate to get a refund. I did go the next day to get the pizza and it had a weird taste and was dried out really bad.I'm not sure what was put on the pizza but it smelled and tasted like some sort of chemical ???? Phone line was busy for 30mins. I received the wrong pizza. So I tried to call to inform them so I could get a replacement. I... couldn't get through to them after 9 calls back to back. I then returned to the store and informed them of my inconvenient tripI had. When I informed the cashier of what happened her response was "Thats odd for all 9times to be busy." So I proved to hervia call log and calling the store again, which proved to be busy. The manager process to come and justify why the line was busyand asked for a receipt that wasn't given to us. After about 10mins of proving my inconvenient trip to them they them proceed tomake it right. I wouldn't have wasted gas,time, and energy over a $6 and change pizza. GAS IS WAY TOO HIGH AND SO IS THETEMPERATURE FOR ALL OF THAT! Read more
Last few times I've been to this location the pizza toppings have left something to be desired. I realize it's adorable food and... a decent deal regardless, but when you order a "3 meat treat" pie and no single slice has 3 meat toppings on it, that's aproblem for me. Read more
Ordered cheese in the crust and extra cheese. Neither was present when I got home and checked it out. Called back and was told ... sorry you can bring it back for a refund. Who wants to drive all the way back and get a refund. Could have given discount onnext purchase. Read more
