Always quick even when they are slammed... the line always moves fast here whether your in drive through or inside.. the booths... inside are usually clean and also the restrooms.. plenty of places to park most of the day.. customer service has never been anissue for me here.......... Read more
Always a 15-20 minute wait on "no salt" fries. I decided to go in yesterday to just watch and seen 6 baskets made and used... before they even made my no salt. Sadly, I was asked what I was waiting on when an employee seen me and she said it would be twominutes. When the fry came up she said she needed a no salt. Proceeded to get it herself and had words with her manager, (unsurewhat about), but I did observe after that basket went towards other fries she made she that following she got my no salt out of.My rating is solely from that experience. i come to this mcdonald?s a lot, it?s only a 5 min drive from my home. i also used to work here so sometimes i understand when... food doesn?t come out proper. each time i come here i normally do curbside, since i have the app. it says wait is normally 5 minbut i wait average 15. or more. food is mostly always ok. nice and warm, crunchy, can tell it?s fresh. some employees haveattitudes. whatever tho. This place needs a over haul, The staff do not care about the customer at all. The wait time is horrible, When you receive your... food the fries have usually been redropped from prior to the rush. They do not know the difference between a Double Cheese and aMcDouble, 9 times out of 10 when you come to this store they are more worried about the drive-thru times than they are gettingyour order correct or fixed. Would recommend going to a different store than this one. Read more
The drive-thru was fairly quick and the crew was actually helpful & friendly. No problems with my order and a BIG THANK YOU for... napkins in the bag, without having to ask for them. Common sense, friendliness and good service wins my vote. Read more
This is my usual breakfast stop whenever I am travelling south. I like their muffins, and usually they are on offer. Most times... I have been here it was busy (packed, actually) yet the service was surprisingly fast and the food just right in taste andtemperature. The only thing that needs improvement is that the sitting area might have been cleaner. The parking area is notalways easy, but with all the traffic they are usually carrying this is to be expected.
