Saturday I placed a order to be delivered. First Pizza Hut didn?t deliver it, they had door dash to do that without my approval.... Second my order was missing several items and one of my pizzas was made wrong. I called and Bailey answered, I asked to speak tothe manager (Antonio) he told no and to call back tomorrow. I said I just spent $100 on pizzas and my order is wrong I need tospeak to the manager, and again Antonio refused to speak to me and said call back tomorrow. I drove up there the next day and adifferent manager refunded what was missing. That didn?t make things right. You embarrassed me in front of all my guest with amessed up order and how Antonio handled the situation. Plus I had to drive there Sunday and explain everything to a manager. Shehad the chance to really make things right. She didn?t do that, she refunded what was missing and that was it. What about myexperience? My time I had to drive all the way there? Gas? Second time I have ordered from this Pizza Hut and never received my order, the first time when my order did not arrive I called... the store but the store had already closed, when I called them back the next day they stated they did not have a driver todeliver my order so they just canceled it. This last order very similar to the same situation, I placed an order online,received notification my order was in process But two hours later it still had not been delivered. When I called the store I wastold my food was still there and had not been picked up by the driver yet. When I asked why they did not notify me her onlyresponses, ?we don?t do that?. Needless to say I will not be eating or ordering from this Pizza Hut in the future. Read more
Door dash delivers for them since they have no delivery drivers. The girl from Doordash was very rude she left my sauces out... even tho she told me that they were inside the box. When i brought it to her attention. She passed the buck and said oh well youhave to complain within the app . I only live like a mile from the store. She basically said it wasn't her problem. So icalled the store to speak to the manager. Not sure of her name but she was absolutely awesome. She re-made the entire order andbrought it out herself. Thats why i give them 4 1/2 stars for the quality of their customer service alone. What Doordash messedup she more than made up for. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in many years. My wife suggested picking some up on her way home. She wanted a thin crust, so we ordered a... veggie and pepperoni. The pepperoni pizza was amazing. The crust was thin and really crispy. The pepperonis were crispy on thetop, which is really the secret to a top tier pepperoni pizza. We've already ordered it several more times.
