Wish I could give it a 0. We were there tonight and could not even get service at the bar!!! She waited on a big table that sat... down 20 min after us and still she had not even taken our drink order! Terrible service ever received!! Girl at bar was rude andnever greeted us or the other couple at the bar!! She acted like it was terrible when we asked for water and a menu, and to wipeour area of the bar off after waiting there 20 min!!! She said you’ll have to give me just a min but then proceeded to waiton the table with 8 people at it that sat down 20 min after us and came out with biscuits and drinks for them! Here’s a tipfor her…Big table does not always = a big tip.. we never leave less than 20% and usually 30% for good attentive service! Willnot go back there on a Friday night again! Read more
Vickie was our waitress & she was awesome!!! She was constantly checking on us even though she had a large section by herself.... The calamari was out of this world ???? All right here it is Rome…we’re doing the big red! My family and I were invited to attend my friend Cheryl’s birthday... party. My friend Cheryl was participating in a documentary for the United Kingdom, and they wanted to interview her and herfriends at the dinner. I managed to get a few pictures of the meals we where served. The management was very polite and helpful,The server was as thorough as I believe he could be with taking his orders, bringing the food and getting it to all the rightpeople and he was very helpful.Red lobster???? was very busy. There was a few things I noticed; Dead fly in the window seal inthe sitting area. Also on my way in to the party room I noticed a dirty table, on my way leaving out the restaurant the sametable was still dirty. There was a hair in my broccoli plate. I really enjoyed the sunset colada!???? in the end for the priceof the food it could taste …better. They have handicap accessibility they do take out service to the outside of therestaurant. You can book private events, there are several kinds of beverages adult and children,the have desserts and they havea variety of side items and you can even put your own combo together! ****** ???? hello … I wanted to add something about redlobster.. 8/2/22 I called to order my fiancé lunch for his birthday, someone, I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. Well it has officially gone all the way down hill. They have changed to recipes for alot of things. They changed the menu. ... The scallops are breaded different and aren't any good. The shrimp skewers were cold, missing shrimp, and falling apart. Ourbaked potato was cold and would not even melt the butter. The clams were under cooked. Just a total disappointment. Read more

Food was good. I do have a problem with all the food being brought at one time. Slow getting their famous biscuits out to us and... our salads were brought out just before our main meal. Not enough time to finish them. Like every other restaurant the pricesare getting ridiculous. Still worth an every so often visit. Wasn't that crowded at the time of our visit between 11:30am and12pm. Read more
