If you like raw chicken and cold meat thats supposed to be hot this is the place for you! I ordered the sampler and got grilled... tenders, ribs, and pulled pork. The chicken was completely raw. I didn't have to cut into it or anything because it was visiblyraw. I had them replace it and I hope to the lord they didn't put the new chicken back on the Styrofoam plate the raw ones wereon. I guess if I get sick ill know exactly where I got it from. The ribs and pork came out cold. Not luke warm, cold. I wasabhored at the lack of care that was given to my order. I couldn't even finish all of my food because of how disgusted I was. This was my first and last time ever coming to this place. I saw several awards for this place on the walls. Its a shamebecause I got the furthest from award winning food on my visit. Do yourself a favor and go some where else. Don't risk gettingsick here. Read more
Food was delicious ????. Service was ???? not enough employees working kept having to ask for if sides were done and sauces,... they were not on the table. All the ketchup & bbq sauce bottles were empty or gone from the tables. They were more concentratedon take out orders. Also prices have gone up the menu hasn't been updated ?? but good food. The food was alright. The Sampler Platter meat tasted as if it had been put in the microwave. Towards the end of our meal my... husband told me a roach bug,(a really big roach bug), crawled across the table then under our table. I went to the counter wherefour young ladies were standing and told them same as stated above. One of those young ladies came to our table and said thatbecause they were located by the river they had an ongoing problem with roaches but, they have exterminators service themregularly. No offer to give a ? please come back coupon?, no offer of dessert on the house? nothing. By this time I?m just sickto my stomach and want to leave. I'm incredibly disappointed with this location. I live near the original Shane's in McDonough and that place is amazing. This... place is a disgrace to the name. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that every single table in the restaurant was sticky. Iwas shocked that none of the employees had taken the time to clean the tables, even though the place was basicallyempty. What's more? We paid $10 for 4 chicken tenders but what we got were more like nuggets. The Shane's in McDonough wouldnever serve something as miniscule as this. I put the ranch there for size comparison. Excellent service. Very friendly and welcoming. Sampler plate was delicious. Had the Mac n Cheese and Brunswick, both were... great. Red sauce based BBQ. Peach sweet is tasty as well. Family member said the baked beans were sweet... your call on thatone. Sweet Potatoe Fries are really good as well. Over all good experience. I paid for two sets of 20 wings and a children's 3 piece chicken strip there was hair in the coleslaw and hair wrapped around... two of my wings so when I picked up one the other one followed with it ???? then I asked one of the associates to trade out my 2wings and it was a drum and a flat and the flat had a bone that was cut odd she picks him up with a paper towel goes into thekitchen then comes right back out with the same two wings like I wouldn't notice so they're going to skip out on switching outtwo wings what else are they skipping out on and then you pay $20 for 20 wings and they come out looking like they cooked aparrot the wings are so small overcooked almost to a crunchy point I got a refund thank God but when I told the upper managerabout what happened she said something smells fishy like I'm lying to her about her gross food ???????? all around terribleexperience save your money for somewhere that will appreciate your business Read more
Great atmosphere, great food! They have burgers, BBQ, ribs, chicken, wings, salads, something for everyone! And the prices... aren't bad either! It's a nice place to go with family and for a date. Definitely will be making a another return trip. Read more
