This place is always fantastic. I don?t think I?ve ever received an incorrect order in the 9 years I?ve been coming here. The... partners are always so, so kind and are always quick to be of any assistance you may need. There?s only 2 flaws to thisbusiness, and it has nothing to do with the Starbucks team itself. The parking lot and drive-thru line are awful. The line isoften wrapped around the building. That in itself isn?t a problem, as the coffee and environment are fantastic and I?ve foundmyself in this line many times. The amount of space for cars to move is so minimal. People who have already been served and arewanting to leave are sometimes forced to wait in line again just to pull out of the parking lot. The drive-thru line, on theother hand, is barricaded by the building itself and a curb. If someone was in line and needed to leave, there?s no possible waythat they could without potentially damaging their own vehicle, as well as someone else?s. I wish the lot could be expanded andprovide proper amenities and space to customers, but I?m aware that that?s not an easy fix. Otherwise, this place is great! Read more
Go to a different starbucks. After waiting in the drive thru for 17 minutes, they made our drinks incorrectly. We went inside... and very nicely explained the situation and they offered to remake our drinks or refund us, however, if they were remaking ourdrink, they were making us wait 22 minutes for them. Sorry, if you mess up our order, we should not have to go to the back ofthe line, we already waited our turn. It was your error. Not ours. Read more
I love my caramel crunch. And my grandson loves his vanilla bean and so does my daughter. LOL everyone is always very nice
The people here are an awesome example of how customer service should be. They're quick but friendly, and they get the coffee... juuuust right every time, even when I'm feeling picky. Read more

This location is horrible. I have visited many times since I am local and have tried my hardest to like this location. The wait... times are unreal every time I visit. I have to plan out at least 20 minutes in the drive thru every time I go. When I get to thewindow, my drink is cold if I ordered a hot drink. And when I order an iced coffee, my drink is watered down and tastesdisgusting. They are often times sold out of common drinks as well.
