The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! I am a doordasher, they told me they were putting priority on drive-thru and that I would... have to wait for the order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. They said it'll be about 10 to 15 minutes. After Ifinally got the order, they finally told me they didn't have to drink. And said I should contact the customer to approve asubstitution. So I stepped outside to call the customer. When I came back in I was ignored again after about 5 minutes I finallygrabbed the cup myself. At which point the manager came out and told me I needed to leave the store! I explained to him why Igrabbed the cup myself, are you going to do is most details to say you were out of the drink requested. He did not believe me,then went to check for himself. Of course it was out. It was actually an older couple trying to order their dinner that spoke upand told the manager that this is the third time I've been to the counter trying to get the order. I have never been asked toleave a store as a customer or a doordasher. I will never return to the store as either!!! Read more
I dont See how this place is even open. Place was a mess and disgusting. The bathroom was out of order. They were out of all... sauces. Not to mention the ?Manager? was very rude. She didn?t even act like she wanted to be there and when talking keptsmacking her lips. Will never be back to this location. Read more
I've been there twice so far. The first time they missed my drink, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The second time (today), I... ordered food through the app and set the pickup time for 5:00 p.m. I got to the Taco Bell around 5:05 p.m., and all the doorswere locked. there were many people going through the drive-thru Lane trying to order food, but there was no one there. It wasjust a really frustrating experience. If the store was going to close they shouldn't have taken my order in the first place. Read more
We got four Mexican pizzas and three drinks, two medium and one small? we only got one small and one medium drink and no straws.... The woman at the window was polite and smiling? I like when you can enjoy the good attitude of our Community! Read more
Absolutely horrible ???? First off lead manager was sitting at a table talking with a few people while I stood there waiting to... be served. Employees were walking around everywhere and not once did I get asked if I needed help. Ended up ordering on my phoneand paying just to find out 3 of the items I ordered they were out of. Had to get a refund which could take up to 10 days! Whatthey did have that I ordered was not correct. I paid to add steak to my burritos and got Absolutely NO meat what so ever! I'm sodissatisfied with my service and experience! I will NEVER go back to this Taco Hell!! Read more

Visited the drive thru the other night. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful. Part of the order was incorrectly... processed but they were excellent about fixing it quickly and making it right! However, the food itself was not very tasty thistime around. Even more concerning was the appearance. It all looked like leftovers' from someone elses' meals, smaller portions,messy, greasy and quite unappetizing. These pictures are accurately portraying how our food looked, straight out of the bag. Wehave especially never seen the nacho cheese in that ridiculous of a state. It was literally less than half full. I believethis was the first time I ever had to actually eat a crunchy taco supreme with a fork. Thanks so much. Read more
I come here pretty often and I am usually very patient and understanding. This morning I ordered a quesadilla and some nacho... fries. I got to the window and my order had never been put in. The girl apologized and put it in. She waited a few minutes andthen asked me to pull into a parking spot and that she would bring my food out to me. I waited another 10-15 minutes in theparking lot before I got my food. I went to eat my quesadilla and there was no creamy jalapeño on it, so it was very bland.Very disappointed that this whole endeavor took almost 30 minutes and the food wasn?t even made right.
