Ordered a bacon cheeseburger well done, got a burger the was burnt on the outside and still pink in the middle. Fries had way... too much salt. Had to wait 45mins for food. Good service from the waitress. Read more
The food was great. Service was just good. The steak was cooked just right. Had to ask multiple times for rolls but the place... was packed and we understood the demand. My drink was never empty though so that's always a plus. Read more
2nd visit . After waiting 40min on a 15-20min wait (wait-list on line). Went in an talk to hostess an waited 5min for table. I... don't get it. Staff was ok. Food ??????????? we pride ourselves on our ribs (sorry we are out of ribs) stayed away from thesteak after last time. Settled for a burger????. Friend with me got a half raw baked sweet potato (not edible). Burger was goodtho... give it another try in 6 months/year. Read more
A lot of food, but... The salads were great. I had chicken critters with ribs and steak fries. The ribs were okay, a little well... done, I have had better. The fried chicken tenders were tasty but had a spicy flavor that some may not like. The steak frieswere soggy and not crisp. Drinks are a little expensive at $3 for a coke. Thank you for supporting Veterans by handing out the Veterans Day Free Entree Certificates! This is our 2nd visit and it is just... as awesome as last year. Actually better! Our server Judy was excellent! Quick, friendly and attentive! We did have a bit of await to be seated, over an hour. However. You can browse the stores next door, run errands, etc as they will text you when it isyour turn. We did learn one valuable lesson. It would have been faster seating to have arrived about 8-9p than the 6-7p, as whenwe were leaving around 9, it was much less crowded. Nevertheless, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very pleasant.Our steaks were delicious and cooked just as we ordered. No fat or gristle. The rolls there are absolutely phenomenal and served with a delicately seasoned cinnamon butter. I always take notice and pics of the artwork and decorum of places wefrequent. Texas roadhouse also had very nice art. We were seated close to the bar, therefore we noticed the 8 TV screens thatI'm sure any sports fan would appreciate. However, what we enjoyed looking at were the pictures between each of those TVsdepicting various places in Rome. Thank you for making our 39th Anniversary meal very enjoyable! Read more

Great service and staff from time we walked thru the door til we left. Food was excellent. The group had different menu items,... not a complaint. Sort of a wait but what can u expect from a great place to eat. Read more
