I spent over $30 to feed my husband, our children and myself I got home the food was nasty even my bun on my chicken jr sandwich... was burnt ,the fries weren?t fresh and had a nasty taste to them and the lettuce was brown and looked old on our sandwiches !!!,I tried calling and they didn?t answer it ring and ring and ring then did some old AOL messenger dial tone thing! Took over 30 minutes to get our food through the drive-thru and then I had to go inside because they still missed a couple of... our things that were supposed to be in the bags Rome NY is in need of more help. Read more
Too often I'm served brown lettuce and gobs of mayonnaise on the sandwiches I ordered.Many times I have to pull off to the side... and wait approximately 5 minutes.Overall not worth the money if I'm paying menu price. Read more
Today I went through the drive through. Felt rushed to give my order. Ordered and paid for 2 sweet and sour sauces. Pulled up... and paid for my order. Asked if the sauces were in the bag and was told yes they were. Pulled around to ear my food. Found nosauces in the bag. Now had to get out and go in. Counter person told me that the girl at the window did not prep the order.Here's your sauce and walked away. Poor buisness attitude . Read more
