Quite possibly the worst store in existence. Coffee used to be good at this location as they sell Utica Coffee but literally... every time I go there now the coffee is burnt and looks like tar because it was made seven or eight hours ago based on thetagged time on the back of the coffee. I have complained several times to the manager about this and her solution was to simplystop putting the times on the back of the coffee in violation of Oneida County Health Codes. Do not recommend. Dippin Donuts isthree buildings away. Go there instead. Read more
I visit here all the time. Usually a good experience. Sign up that says all perry ice cream pints $2.99 so I grab 4 pints and... my other stuff and go up to the counter. Well it rings up $3.99 so the manager comes in and takes sign down after I explainedthat I thought it was $2.99 he said that the sign shouldn't be up and there was nothing he could do. So I put the pints backmainly cause I felt I should of gotten the sale price. I told him I was not happy and that he should honor the price but he justdidn't care. I should of got his name. Went into the cliffs next to ridge mills school at about 11 pm on april 5th and couldn't get the kid behind the counter to cash... me out he said I have to wait 10 minutes for the next person coming in to work to be cashed out, very poor customer service Read more
By far the worst experience Ive ever had working at a gas station. My experience with management at this location was so... terrible Ive decided to never enter a cliffs location again if i can help it. 0/5 stars in every aspect. Read more
Great customer service and very clean
I don?t know how they do it but they mess up everything that they do at this store. Their pizza has way too much sauce and looks... like it?s been sitting out for four hours, their tomato pie looks like tomato soup on soggy dough, their sandwiches somehow seemto be both stale enough to have hard crusts and soggy enough not have any consistency, and their coffee is almost always oldbitter and burnt. I honestly don?t know what this store is doing anywhere near North Rome. Avoid at all costs and just go toSpeedway. Read more
