The Dunkin' donuts on oriskany boulevard and whitesboro is my favorite. The Dunkin' donuts inside cliffs on route 5 and 233 is... the worst Dunkin' donuts in town the short-handed you can't order at the desk you have to go to the drive-thru they're very slow Read more

The guy who took my order for the drive through was great. He was friendly and truly acted like he really wanted to be there.

While I absolutely hate that they took away the hazelnut swirl and the butter pecan swirl, these girls really bust their butts!... I can't imagine having to work in that chaos! Read more

I've been here several times and find that it's much better than the one located on Black River Blvd in Rome. The traffic flow,... location and even bldg size is much better. Service was quick. I just wish that the donuts were warm or made on site. But Iunderstand that doing that can open up a whole new set of issues. The staff were great Read more

This morning, my sandwich was wrong.. but from how frequently they've been messing it up, today I decided to have them fix it..... no biggie. In the lobby there was a door dash driver that got fed up and walked off, another customer expressing her issues wastold 'Allright then don't come back' and the crew was telling everyone 'sorry were understaffed' when there was 7-8 peoplebehind the counter. I worked this location for 2 years, I can tell you they weren't even close to understaffed. Crew needs tomake stuff correctly if they're behind, do it right the first time. Crew needs to work more fluently and not get chaotic andflustered. Shouldn't have to say it but they also shouldn't take things out on the customer. Unbelievable.. Read more

Good service, fast. Lots of choices. Clean. Try the sun dried tomato, pesto, grilled cheese sandwich, or snacking bacon. Yum!

I have been to this location many times early in the morning between when they open and 4:30am. I have had different experiences... with my breakfast order as I just get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Some days the sandwich station is open and othersome how closed, the staff tells me different stories everytime either the person who runs the station is late or anotherexcuse. Today was different it was hey we open at 4 and it takes time to open. Well if you open at 4 shouldn't that meaneverything is open then, so needless to say I won't be getting my breakfast here anymore since the service is pretty unreliable. Read more
