Ordered 7 pizzas 2 hours before pick up time. 3 of them were supposed to have sliced tomatoes. There was no phone call to let us... know, ask about substitutes or changes and not notified at pickup, that we weren't getting them. Called when we noticed & shewas Rude! She blamed the manager on not telling her to call.... this is the 2nd time I have came into town to see family &ordered multiple pizzas & had issues. Last time we waited an extra hour and still messed up 3 pizzas. Just lost our business &Luigi's gain! Read more
I received these pizzas and the dough is completely raw, absolutely uncooked and dangerous. I attempted to call the store to get... a refund and they refused stating that since I ordered online, there was nothing they could do. I had to stop in for a drink in august, and I noticed a woman-kinda short and black haired, with a mustache mask, just bullying... her coworkers. It was so awkward and the person at the counter behind the register was just holding in tears trying to tend tomy purchase. They didn't even say hello back, just had sadness as the worker I think Judy, berated the workers. i've askedaround and former workers say that this judy is toxic, what a shame. Read more
This gas station is luxurious. Katelynne is by far the most attentive, thoughtful cashier I?ve ever encountered. She goes out of... her way to make the best garlic knots and the best customer service. She?s never disappointed. I?d love for my doctor, dentalhygienist, and even daughter would be as great as her. Ordered a pizza and the ?boneless? wings from these guys, first I?ll say the price was good. But this ain?t no Liverpool fastrac... I?ll tell ya that right now. I ordered on the online ordering service when I got there at the pickup time they didn?t even havemy order started. When I got home and took a look at my food I had this paper thin excuse for a pizza and basically chickennuggets dipped in wing sauce. I for one will never order from these guys again. Read more

New store, new style of service, very nice staff. A bit slow preparing food though.
Nice big open feel in the store. Funny bathroom signs and the water for washing your hands stays warm! Whole place was clean.... Lots of coffee and slushies to pick from... I was impressed. Read more
