Wasn't greeted when I came in, in fact the worker who was in the front left without even asking what I wanted so I stood at the... counter while the workers were eating french fries and fooling around, had to say "Hello", waited, "Hello" waited and "Hello"again until someone finally came to front to help me. Typically LOVE this location but tonight their GM decided to handle drive thru representing his poor sense of customer service,... interrupting us as we spoke couldn't even say what drink we wanted.. when we tried to finish he said ok now that you're finishedrambling!!! Over the past few weeks, ordered the same meal three times. First time, stale biscuit, no fork or napkins, no receipt, and... drink (asked for no ice) only 2.3 full. Second time, all okay except again no receipt and costing 65 cents more than thirdvisit today for the exact same meal (which DID provide a receipt. This is the first time my husband and I have been through the drive through or even to this particular KFC. We went June 23 at... 1:06pm, according to our receipt. They were out of Pepsi. The cashier was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. Yes,I have her name, but I think the owner can check his schedule. I ordered a sweet tea, since Pepsi wasn't an option as they wereout. We asked for honey mustard and were told to remind the cashier when we got to the window. It is clearly marked on ourreceipt as "dip cup" plus 2 ketchup we never received. My biscuit was doughy on the bottom. Instead of a sweet tea, I got aSierra mist or something. I didn't drink it and stopped at Stewart's down the road to get a Pepsi. The fries were great. Due tothe whole experience, however, we will not be returning. This place used to have horrible customer service. After a 2 year self ban I went back and that has changed. New employees and... better service. A plus in my book. The food was good but part of my meal, my popcorn chicken was rubbery and tasted old eventhough I went around noon for lunch. The rest of the food was as expected from KFC. Read more
I ordered a four piece combo from KFC with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I go to bite into the chicken and it is PINK. Chicken... is not supposed to be pink KFC, so is this what you serve customers? Instead of trying to rush an order, maybe let the chickencook...fully? I hope no one else has this experience but beware of this KFC in Rome, NY. Read more
Do not order food from this place. This is not my first bad experience, I?ve had many. I wait months before I try again and... still the same thing keeps happening. They give me cold food, the wrong food and flat warm soda.. every dam time . When youcomplain their attitude sucks. They need to shut this kfc down cause the employees are horrible and the food is disgusting andcold. They cannot follow orders at all.
