They say they close at 11 but bowling stops at 10 so they can take hour to close. Horrible bar service. Buckets of beer limited... to one per person. Even if you have a group of 8 and have several people come to bar they give you a hard time. They cannotfigure out how to let one person pay for multiple drinks. Incompetent people. Enforce masking for the non league guests and letthe leaguers do what they want. Poor management. Read more

Seem like the price was a little high same for the food vending machines are a little overpriced $3 for soda $5 for like what... they consider a large fry that looks like a regular fry. The staff was great. Bowling lanes are really nice. Fun night out. Now let's talk about the ladies room...It is absolutely... beautiful. I know you may be thinking- A bowling alley bathroom?? Yes! It was gorgeous and spotless! Automatic flushers andsinks. Gleaming tile floor. Super clean!! Great design/decor and spacious with a huge handicap accessible stall and 2 otherlarge stalls. It just might be the nicest bathroom in Rome NY. Every woman at our event came out with looks of amazement ontheir faces. The first words they said upon return were "Have you seen the Women's Room????" You may not believe me, so go andcheck it out for yourself- but it was nice enough to make me feel like I needed to add it to the reviews.
