Sad. Wait like the place is packed with two maybe three customers between drive thru and in store. Dirty, fruit flies in... doughnut display (will be sending video to corporate). I generally only buy coffee here. Service is good, always busy. I rated at 4 stars only because the price of coffee keeps going... up. Pretty soon they will be up there with star bucks. Read more

Bought two avocado toasts and both were barley edible, burnt to a crisp.
Problems with this place for a while with lack of product availability. We ordered the turkey pretzel sandwich and had to take... it back. Pretzel was burned, lettuce was brown, it had one slice of turkey and the tomato was rough. When I went in they didn'teven want to look at it and acted like I had annoyed them by bringing it in and told me to just throw it away then. You wouldthink they would want to see what kind of food is going out the door. Tried again june 2022. Fool me once shame on you. Fool metwice shame on me and never again. Burned, seriously? I've been going here for over a year. Consistently poor quality. I haven't had a fresh hash brown yet. Tastes like it was fried... last week and microwaved this morning. While ordering, after every sentence I'm asked "is that it?". This has happened everytime by every person I've ordered from. Whoever runs this place is cheap. No coffee sleeves, no wrappers for donuts. Insteadeverything is smashed into the smallest bag they can manage. Glad they saved 5% of a penny on every order, because theycertainly lost my business. Needed a coffee jug for deer camp so I called a few days ahead of time to make sure that the Google hours were correct. They... reassured me that they closed at 11 o'clock. 10:02 p.m. they are closed! Google still says they're open. So frustrating. Read more
