Ordered a hot tub cover replacement. Due to the supply chain, I was told up front when I ordered in April it would not arrive... until late August or September. It came in earlier they let me know and I scheduled the crew to replace the old one and haulaway. I was not even in town at the time. Everything turned out great! Excellent follow-up and customer service which is at apremium these days with other companies I have worked with recently. 5 stars for sure!! Read more

We purchased our 24 foot round pool over the phone during the pandemic. Our salesman Andre has been absolutely exceptional for... these first time pool buyers! He answers our crazy questions via text, or calls us when necessary. He gives us the same greatservice over a year in of having our pool installed. Actually, we were missing a box for install and the store had it deliveredto us, same day. Overall positive experience! Recommend American Sale and especially Andre! Ask for him by name!???????? I ordered my pool last year from them and everything was as promised, including delivery day. I had a hole in the bottom from... something that came through it which was there the first time I used it, I called them and the sent a new liner and scheduledthe installation without hassle. My husband did not like the filter and this year wanted to switch to a sand filter so of coursewe went in and talked to Brian Geever who helped us last year and was fantastic and bought a new sand filter which was in stockand delivered in a few days along with the 5 bags of sand.
