I was immediately welcomed by Nelly who was busy cleaning the dining area. She was attentive and got my order correct. The... facility was clean inside and out. The food was hot and fresh and the cinnamon caramel shake was amazing. I have been to thislocation many times in the past and never disappointed, but tonight?s experience was just top notch. Well, no response to our entering for at least 4 minutes, 10 minute wait for our food, it took 5 minutes for a lemonade, and a... walk-by delivery at the counter with our order. Moral seemed low, matching the quality of our food. There were no forks, nocups for the sauces, and the napkins were in the dispenser backwards. My curly fries were extremely oily and I couldn?t pick upmy Smoked Brisket sandwich from the container. My wife?s Prime something sandwich was boring and pasty. All in all, we foundeverything disgusting, I left my entire meal short of a spoonful of brisket and my wife wasn?t able to make it through even halfof her sandwich. Read more
The boys working didn't know how to work the register I was there for about 15 mins just for a meal which meal wasn't how I... wanted it asked for no swiss they gave me swiss usg .
