Went for dinner at about 7pm on 12/3 Took 15 minutes and us asking for a server to finally be acknowledged. Anana barley spoke.... Food took awhile, but atleast it was hot. Our main order was wrong and she admitted fault. But it took way to long to get a neworder. We had to ask others to find her to get silverware, refills and an extra platter. A manager took our wrong order to getfixed (didnt get her name, has a star tattoo on her neck) that took forever. Service was terrible. And didnt even get discountedon the food they messed up which resulted in our kids having to sit there and wait for us to finish eat. Read more

I come here all the time and it?s usually a good experience. Today I came in and sat at a table in back by the bar with my 11yr... brother and was told that I could not sit there b/c I had a minor but directly across from me was someone with a child and Iasked the lady if they could let me sit here just this one time and she said no. Do not pickup order here without thoroughly checking EVERYTHING in your bag. I have been here 2x for pickup orders, they both... forgot things/messed up many items. They did give me a credit for a future order which is the only reason I came back. Theirfood is good and the employees are very nice and helpful but I don't think this is a good BWW location Read more

Got there at 11:00pm and they said they were almost closing but we could still sit and eat. We ordered really fast for that... reason and food took 40 minutes to arrive and it was completely cold. I literally paid $70. I get it I got there late but theycould of just said they weren?t serving food anymore instead of giving bad service and super cold food. Read more

This restaurant is terrible. I don?t blame the servers, ours was very sweet, understanding and nice! First, our queso came out... cold and not filled all the way. Our food arrives in less than 5 minutes COLD and not full with sauce. Our waitress took themback into the kitchen and all they did was pour more sauce on them, they did not heat them up at ALL.
