Very slow. Was in line from 12:40pm until 1:05pm. Someone walked back up to window because they had messed up their order and... given them a whooper instead of 2 junior whoopers. I was staying at the hotel next door and I attempted to walk over & get breakfast about 830 am. Doors locked with no sign except... hours of service, but I spotted an employee inside who was, apparently, confused about what I wanted. She stood staring blanklyat me for about 10 seconds with zero comprehension. I broke the "Mexican Standoff" at that point & went to McDonald's. The otherrestaurants in sight allow inside ordering so I recommend you don't even bother trying. Read more
TWO DAYS IN A ROW MY CHICKEN IS BLACK AND AS HARD AS A ROCK and NOT SPICY? My kids loved the play area. Staff was very friendly and had that warm greeting. Kenzie was awesome making that whole welcome to... Burger King like a real commercial. Lol ** I must give a big thanks to Kenzie (in the pic), my son's foot was stuck in the cargonet of the play area and she went in there after him and got his foot out. Way to go Kenzie. Ordered food and then went home, realized they gave me the wrong stuff, then came back to ask for them to give me the correct... items and the lady here was extremely rude and yelled at me to go away and that they were closed even though it was like 9:45still. Now I feel like I wasted money and I had a large order too. Tried to ask if there was anything I could do in the morningand she walked away. I hate people that work in the service industry that don?t care to treat customers with any kind ofrespect. If you come here, don?t come at night.
