I have been here multiple times and each time I?m reminded why I want to stop going this place has so many fruit flies it?s... disgusting. Ice cream here always tastes like quality and it should with its price point. Coming here was a pleasant experience, but I was... taken aback that only one person was working in the front. Though, the employee was fast and efficient able to get our ice creamout with ease. If possible give the employee Anika some recognition for her quick service. Read more
went in with my aunt to look for birthday treats. She grabbed 3 cupcakes from the fridge as they were put out for the public to... buy and the employee working complained about how many she was taking (even though there is NO sign limiting how many cupcakesyou can take or that you need to call in advance to take more than 1) Went on to tell her ?well now I have to make more? ?.. idon?t understand why that comment would have been made?? It wasn?t busy at all inside. Seriously hate to be that person but ifit is such an issue to some employees to have to make more cakes in a building where ice cream and those treats are meant to besold then policies should be changed, but that should not be said to anyone giving the company business . No customer service. Bought Groupon for a cake but wouldn?t let me use it because the owner wanted me to go through a website... that had a 30% up charge on the cake. Truly poor customer service. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and left without the cake. Avoidthis cold stone and go to one that appreciates their customers. Read more
NO PATIO AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE September 2020 (Corona epidemic), Ice cream is GREAT but the customer service is... HORRIBLE. There was a table and chairs inside so I asked if it was possible to sit down. The employee went to ask anotheremployee which then that employee went to ask another employee. Finally the third employee came and said, sorry that table andchairs should not be down. There is no seating. I replied by saying, that's okay but I cannot believe your store don't even havea patio. Employee reply by saying, "we used to have a patio but it was getting too messy to clean" (LAZY EMPLOYEES) so we closethe patio. The employee didn't even ask if we wanted toppings on our ice cream. The young girl working tonight had about 6 or 7 of her friends taking up the entire line as she worked very slowly with them and... chatted away while her coworker was working quickly. The fruit here is totally spoiled. I gave this location 3 separate visits and each time the fruit tasted rancid/old/off. The... cheesecake mixture with strawberries and blueberries were frozen which tells me the fruit is not preserved properly or the fruitwas fresh at one point in time and they tried saving it to last longer which taste so foul!!! I can't believe they would sellthat to the community. What a shame. 0 stars if I could. I want my money back!! Read more
