So I ordered food waited 20 minutes while the ace took people's order after me and served them. I did watch carefully and... noticed my food was done. Is strange people. A group of 6 people came in. Started moving tables around making noise dragging the chairs on the floor ... Disrupting everyone that was sitting there eating. Then finally the bozos noticed there was already a table that would fit 6 sothey left what they moved and then the workers had to come out and put the tables back together how stupid. I order a gyro and it looked and taste like something they pulled out of the trash can. Meat was dry, no tomatoes, no onions and... a drop of sauce on one piece of meat. Fires were also cold amd stiff. I will not be eating from this place again. Read more

Love pops, but I've noticed all franchises are different. This pops we visited in Romeoville was not as nice as other ones we... frequent. The sitting restaurant eating area was messy, as were the bathrooms. Staff behind the counter were very loud andlaughing between each other. I ordered an Italian beef with extra crispy fries. UNDER COOKED french fries what was served up to me..I was only the second... person in line. I ordered extra crispy but got undercooked instead. You can see by the pictures. The manager took my order. Sothe manager didn't convey to the Cook or the cook didn't read the ticket either way I'll take my $10 somewhere else next time.It was a mediocre experience but that's standard fare nowadays isn't it almost anywhere you go with for food in a quicksituation, it seems in the Chicagoland area. Maybe at a place in time when Pop what's behind the counter, consistency andquality were good?. Not so much anymore. I will say the place was clean and the bathroom was clean.
