So after sitting in drive thru for over 45 minutes we were 3rd car in line. Took them that long to get it together when i... finally got to the window, the guy never apologized for wait, threw everything in 1 bag as it was ripping while he was hangingit to me. The fires were so cold and nasty it was like they were hours old, my burgers were ice cold almost as if they were notcooked, buns were stale and crumbling. It was truly an awful experience. No one should ever be waiting close to an hour in aFAST food drive thru. I was literally the 3rd car and no they were not huge orders in front of me either. They had zero pep intheir step and I hope corporate sees this as I called the number on receipt as well. Completely unacceptable. Read more

This is the slowest fast food place ever! Don't come here if you're in a hurry cuz you'll be sitting here for a while. It's 1:30... am, I ordered 4 cheese sliders, took about 25 mins and they gave me someone else's order ???? didn't want to wait in the drivethru again so I just kept going ??????????? Read more
Placed an order on doordash for employees lunch and scheduled the pick up for 4 hours later , get there and still had to wait 30... minutes . By the time I get back , their lunch break time will be over . So much for scheduling . To make mattersworse . The young lady at the window was not personable at all . Ridiculous Read more
Good location super busy when we go there but service was great!
My first White Castle experience. I was pleased with the menu choices and the all-day breakfast option. Additionally, now on a... weight reduction journey, I was able to know first hand the number of calories for any served food item by consulting a largechart posted near the entrance. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and not overwhelming. Coffee was mild to my taste, just theway I prefer. Customer service was efficient and speedy. On 5/19/22 Sale#109499239. My cheese sticks and onion rings were horrible. Although I had a 20 minute wait they were all crushed... as If they were smashed prior to cooking and not firm at!! All except 2 of my onion rings were crushed and torn apart andserved in pieces. The cheeseburgers had less onions than normal and the cheese wasn’t placed centered on two. This was not apleasant meal. I want a refund. I called the store and left a voicemail since no one answered. Have been here a few times late at night. Service is always great, staff is friendly and food is hot/fresh.
