My wife and I stopped in for breakfast. Pretty disappointing experience. The staff was much more concerned with serving the... drive through customers and chatting amongst themselves than serving the in store customers. Most of the tables were unoccupiedand dirty. Both the inside and outside trash cans were overflowing and gross. When our order was filled they just sat it on thecounter and let it get cold without calling our number. We will not be going back. It?s getting to the point that I have to go back because my order is wrong. Yes they will fix the problem after u r half way... home. I order ice tea no sugar 1 Splenda. The tea was full of sugar. I turn around told my problem to the young lady. Shelet me know that I was wrong. I have my order recipe. . It was correct. No sugar unsweetened. She is new fine but where rthe people who are training Her?? This happens a lot with my food. No one is paying attention. It is a inconvenient. WeDon?t have to go there. It?s getting to the point the owner better fix?s the problems. I have own and managed Restaurants onewas fast food. My employees were taught to treat the people as they would their Grandparents. I usually won't comment if I don't have anything good to say..but I can't say I've ever had a correct order. Drive thru staff is... always rude. And half of the time they don't realize you're sitting in the drive thru and you have to wait or decide to leave.Disappointed in this location. ???? Read more
