Customer Service great, the food was served timely and fresh; the Hot Fudge Ice Cake is still my childhood favorite!
Place is really dated and needs a deep cleaning. Staff really hussles, but place is not well managed. Food was decent.
The food and service was good it was a little cold in there. Every time I go in I get the soup and salad bar and a meal.... However, I noticed while I'm in there it's always a little cold. The staff seems to be friendly, and we'll go out of their wayto make your experience all right. I went to big boys are going to couple days ago got the soup and salad bar in the classic bigboy in French fries everything was pretty decent but my French fries were over cooked and hard I was a little disappointed aboutmy fries. I had only ever heard of the chain from Austin Powers, so I had one of those "that really exists?!?!?" moments. Surprisingly... good quality food (reminded me a lot of a slightly nicer Steak and Shake) and friendly staff for the price range. Most optionsare under $10 before drinks, a rarity with inflation at similar places, especially so close to a major airport. Read more
It was great!!! Salad bar was a nice change, tomato basil soup was excellent. Our server was so friendly, I wish I could... remember her name. She was quick and thoughtful. And she stayed calm through a busy night of all us being there after ourflights being cancelled. I'm glad we ate here Read more
Went there alone and ordered vanilla shake and swiss mushroom burger as recommended by staff ? both of them were great. Will... definitely return and try more dishes. Lovely staff, great food. Read more
The steamed broccoli was cold. The salt shakers (yes shakers... We tried 4 different shakers) would not produce any salt. The... salt inside the shakers was mushy. Took the lids off and they were caked with mushy salt. Evidently they had been this way along time. The loaded hash browns were not loaded. We asked for sour cream and never got any. We ordered 2 more eggs, overeasy and it took about 20 minutes to get them. The green chile burger was cold as were the fries. Very, very disappointing. The hot fudge Sunday was amazing! The manager/owner was breathing down the neck of the workers. This was not a nice work... environment. I would hate to work here. The owner was upset about the meal that the worker had!! Weird! I hope that Big BoyCorporate comes to this location undercover to see this mess of an owner. I doubt they would like this guy representing theirbrand like this. Read more
