I go to this Burger King all the time but today they particularly were off their game and when I say they I meant the gentleman... that had worked in the front counter. I come to this Burger King all the time on my way to work. The service is usually topnotch, But today this guy was the worst. It took one of the people who worked it back in the kitchen to come up and the hand memy online order. I felt that the gentleman they had working the front counter really just didn't care and it showed. Read more

This was a terrible experience! The person at the counter must have been having a terrible day and took it out on the... customers. When a customer asked for ketchup, she said they didn't have any, shrugged her shoulders and offered bbq sauce asthe only option. There wad no ice in the fountain station, so the employee takes the cup the customer already had and dippedit in the ice chest to get ice and handed it back to the customer. The frozen coke machine was down and again, the employeeacted like it was our problem. Then to top things off, there was a guy sitting in the lo by with a pint of Hennessey completelywasted. Don't waste your time. They constantly get your order wrong, take forever to make it, half the time they only accept cash, and... just now I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive thru order window and NO ONE bothered to say anything. So I left and I will notbe going again. Read more

When I arrive to order it was Lunch Rush Hour. I gave them some leeway and generous in my review as a former food service worker... knowing how hard rush hour could be. There were 3 cars ahead of me but still took them 10-12 minutes to get my order. The orderwas done correctly, the length of time to get my order plus didn't get a "Thank You" hurt their standing. Worst Burger King in Michigan. Guaranteed. Do not go to this location. Unless you're not in ANY type of hurry or dont mind cold... food. Sat there for 10 minutes without a single word from them with a line of cars ahead of me and not moving. Every single timei decide to go there. Had to hop the curb to get out of there. This is supposed to be FAST food. Horrible employees. Read more

I couldn't belive the wait we had for no reason. Waited for 20 minutes and didn't even get to order. They had nobody waiting... for food at all. We ended up leaving and so did at least 4 different cars. Very bad for business. Read more

This is the dirtiest BK I?ve ever been it. One worker told me that they sometimes lock the doors so people don?t dine in and... they looked closed and don?t have to cook much food. The men?s bathroom also smells like a fish market. The floor was litteredwith trash and a couple pairs dirty vinyl gloves from the cooks. The dinning room has dirty tables and a broken pop fountainmachine, so you have to ask the cashier for a refill. The sign says under new management. I don?t think so because it?s been thesame disgusting place since I ate there 4 months ago. I?m tried to give it a second chance, but you couldn?t pay me to ever eatthere again. I?m sure if corporate or the health department gave them a visit then they would be shut down. Read more

The employees here are mostly helpful and friendly. The food order is usually hot and accurate. BUT ... the management here... needs to get a clue. You can't use your app coupons at the drive-thru window unless you pay on the app as well. This is the ONLYlocation I know of with that policy. I use my app coupons at at least 3 other BK locations without any problems. This locationalso wasn't "participating" in a promotion that my other local BKs offered. You sell the item, but simply choose not toparticipate in a sale promo? Next time I'll just go to another BK and save myself some aggravation. Read more
