Very bad costumer service called at 7pm on 8/3/22 lady answerd told her for delivery and then she asked what city I told her... Inkster mi then she was like O we don't delivery to Inkster, I told her I'm 5 minutes away, but she didn't even care aboutasking a manger or one of the delivery drivers, I could've went and picked it up but I had my kids and there afraid of thunderand really wanted cottage inn, I used to live in ypsilanti mi and I used to order alot from one of there locations on WashtenawAve, I'm very unhappy with the lady that answerd the phone and I hope management can do something about it because you will beloosing lots of customers if this don't change.. Ordered a pizza through the app. It took my money. They called me to tell me they don?t deliver to my location, which was a lie,... because I just ordered delivery from them 4 days ago. The manager was extremely rude, and said she would cancel the order, andit would take 3-4 business days to get my money back. I didn?t want that. I wanted my food. They don?t want to answer the phone now because they know they are wrong. This is suppose to be a ANTIPASTO SALAD ?.. I would... not recommend this place o spent 60 dollars and I got burnt bread sticks.
