Have had decent pizza in the past but I'm done with this Jets in Romulus. Just got done eating the nastiest pizza I ever had... from there. Work environment was next to trashy when I went in there. Had their t.v. on what aI consider inappropriate station.The guy cashing me out was more interested in the t.v. than he was in helping me. Hope there's better Jet Restaurants out therebecause these folks are giving it a bad name. Avoid the Romulus store and go elsewhere if you can. Read more
Sunday night. Jets 10 pizza was EXCELLENT ! Called ahead, they had it ready. HOT & DELICIOUS Will be back. PEACE
I order a large deep dish with light sauce. For my kids and I. They tell me 20 mins. I get there 20 mins later. And I have to... wait another 20 minutes. I was cool about it. Figured they might of mess up and had to remake it. It Happens. I work in the foodindustry for 20 years. I finally got my pizza 40 mins later. And they pound it with sauce. Like what don?t you understand lightsauce. I?m still mad. Remind you I always tip too like come on. Never again!!!!! I?m taking this to cooperate. Every single oneyou should be fired. The workers here are so trashy. Can never be polite. The pizza always takes forever and that's if they even make it right. I've... lived out here for 2 years and have ordered from this Jets a handful of times and not once have they gotten my order right andin a timely manner. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza on Sunday and they cut two pieces and left the rest of the pizza untouched.This place just needs to either be shut down or every single worker there needs to be fired and they need to start fresh andstop hiring trash. They've never got my order right once. Asked for the new york style and they charged me for it but made a regular large pizza... which is 5 dollars less and just cut it in 6. Horrible business practices and even worse workers. Lol this place actually hasbusiness Read more
We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza & a bottle of ranch, picked up our order drove all the way back to our hotel to find this... atrocity?!? My husband calls, apparently someone else ordered a BBQ chicken pizza w/ mild sauce instead of bbq... To each hisown,I guess! Clearly we got their pizza and they ours. Even knowing how the mistake was made the only way to resolve the issuewas for us to go back & swap this pizza for the right 1! Yes swap as if we were lying? There was NO offer of compensation suchas simply delivering the RIGHT pizza to us. No it's not terribly far (20 minutes round trip 2x) from where we were but it was ahuge inconvenience! Would of gave them 1 star but our actual pizza tasted AMAZING!!! Read more
This location gives Jet's Pizza a bad name. I love Jets pizza but 9 out of 10 times my pizza here is a dried out over baked or... sloppily made or lacking sauce or cheese. I have complained and sent pictures and they have agreed that they gave me a muchbelow par pizza and offer me credit for next time, But really, is bad pizza ever a good value? If they could just make a decentpizza like every other Jet's rather than turning out trash. When they get it right, it is good Jet's pizza! Read more
