I wouldn?t even rate this McDonald?s a one! I came here for breakfast last week they gave me a oatmeal full of water when I... complained the lady handed me a packet of oats and told me to mix them in at home. I went through the drive through yesterdaythe lady at the drive through was so busy playing with her co-worker she messed up my order when I realized it and saidsomething they told me I have to go back through the line but I didn?t have time so I called and spoke to possibly the rudestmanager in my lifetime names Juan he was no help but he put someone else on the phone after telling me they would replace theorder if I came back the next day I went back today and was made to pay for the part of my order they messed up which I did withno problem but when I called back to speak to the manager Juan stood next to the person on the phone being extremely rude andrefused to take the phone I wasn?t looking for a meal replacement but wanted to speak to him about the customer service I wasgiven and how I was upset about it I asked for the information on my receipt they took from me so I could leave a review herefused to give it back or give me the information I said I would be contacting corporate and he said so what nothing was goingto happen how unprofessional I hope they check the cameras! the food and the service at this McDonald?s is horrible! Iunderstand Covid has made places short staffed but being treated like this by a manager is absolutely unacceptable. I waited 25-30 mins for a mobile order. The food was cold and the customer service is horrible. Please get people that care and... willing to work with a smile on their face and apologize for the wait. It wasn?t an apology, an explanation why it was such along wait or a compensation. Read more

Dirty floors, gnats by the drink fountain, no ketchup and hardly any lids. At least one food prepped did not wear gloves. After... ordering from the kiosk and waiting for our food, a front line guy very rudely shouts ?SIR!? and then motions at my bag beforewalking off. The bottom of two of the buns were soggy, like they were sitting in water or handled by someone with wet hands.While eating inside, the employees casually traded multiple loud f-bombs towards each other in front of my two year olddaughter. Quite frankly the most disgusting and unprofessional fast food place I?ve ever been to, and I don?t say that lightly.I?m calling corporate about this (previous reviews show the managers refuse to give their names), but if my family gets sick inthe next 48 hours, we are calling the health inspector too! No cashier, only a kiosk, and only one side worked. Floors were a mess, waited a long time for our food. No ice in the fountain... machine. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that sat in the fryer 3 minutes to long. I DO NOT recommend this location. Period! Read more
