Y?all need to update your drive thru hours to reflect the actual hours which is that y?all close at ten pm. Just went through... the drive thru that said it closed at midnight and instead the employee said ?we?re closed.? This was at 10:15pm. I don?tnormally leave 1 star for this issue but it?s a bizarrely consistent issue with McDonald?s in the area! Last time it was a 24hrMcDonald?s in Westland that literally said 24hr on the signage. I don?t know if this is the same franchise owners but y?all needto clean up your hours posted online and on doors. They need to add up. Read more

This was probably the slowest service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. People inside on their phones and just standing... around. I think my drive through visit took about half an hour. Very slow. Will avoid this location in the future. Read more
First of all, all doors are locked. 2:14 PM. I'm staying across the street at the hotel. It's the only place close. This... location for all businesses is the worst. Let's all keep our doors locked for all potential business from the 5 hotels acrossthe street. No cross walks. I'd give them a higher rating just for having their doors open. Read more

Unbelievable this the second time I'm having the issue with this very same McDonald's, The manager Ashley refused to make my... order fresh and then refuse to give me a refund and told me to go through the app, I've talked to the district manager aboutthis in the past and she stated that they were supposed to refund me and that I could not get every phone through the app. Thedistrict manager also informed me that they would train the staff about this issue apparently it's never happened.Ashley is rudeand very unprofessional Read more
