Potbelly's was all right. I would stop in again if my gate was near but I do not think I would seek it out. Sandwich was pretty... good and I got it quickly. I ordered the wreck with everything on it. It was a bit of a mess to eat, but I guess that is sort ofthe idea. Food tasted good and everything seemed fresh. They don?t listen to you. THEY DONT LISTEN when you tell them what you want. They put every topping they had on my sandwich when... I asked for only a few. It basically tasted like a mustard only sandwich. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE while you?re in this airport! Read more
I don't know if it's just the time of day that I usually travel or what... But this place is out of something I want literally... every time I'm here. Chicken. Meatballs. Ranch dressing. Whatever. Staff is OK but seem to not actually pay much attention andconstantly have to re-ask what people ordered before toasting it. What makes this more annoying is the absolute lack of otheroptions in the B/C gates. Later Edit: dropped from 3 to 1 star. Milkshakes on the menu? "Sorry we're not doing milkshakes rightnow, just sandwiches." I think "Dead to me" is the phrase I need here. Read more
Once I got the sandwich it was pretty good, but they were *out* of a lot of important items like Bacon, Tomatoes, all the soups,... all the shakes, the only chips available were spicy ones, 80% of the fountain drinks were unavailable? it was a disaster. Theydon?t even apologize, they just rudely interrupt you and say, ?no tomato?. The food was good once I got it though (hence 2 star)?but very poor customer experience. Read more
I wanted to like this place but the sandwiches were just alright and the staff was SO RUDE. After people get off their long... flights they don?t wanna deal with your nasty attitudes! I understand having a rough day.. but they were like exceptionally rudeto every customer i saw them deal with. And it wasn?t even busy.. they were also out of a lot of their toppings. Read more
Honestly I was mildly surprised at the quality of sandwich I had here. I got their Mediterranean sandwich and added chicken. It... was a warm and flavorful sandwich. Sure, it looks small compared to a subway sandwich, but quality was definitely there. Staffwere friendly and helpful. Read more
My sandwich tasted okay despite the missing topping I asked for.... My problem was the price menu shows a price and you get... charge completely a higher price...... My sandwich was priced $12.99 and was charged $15.27..... I understand prices are highernow but should be as posted..... Read more
