I tried this place out last week, after moving into the area. I was delayed to pick up my order, and they had the courtesy to... call and make sure I was on the way, and to assure me that they kept my meal hot and ready. Exactly a week later, I orderedagain, and was also delayed. The man in charge recognized me at the counter, we had some laughs about running late, and Iassured him after last week's experience, I would never go to KFC again. He was very appreciative of the feedback, thanked me byname, and checked my receipt twice to make sure everything was in order. That's how you earn a good customer-establishmentrelationship. As far as the food, the chicken is on point. A hair spicier than KFC, and not as over crunchy as Popeyes. As anoriginal recipe guy, I think I found the perfect middle ground between texture and flavor. My biggest selling point was theirpotato wedges. I've been mad as a hornet for years since KFC ditched their wedges for those dumb fries. Saroki's wedges makeKFC's old ones look like boiled garbage. Gas Station food is pretty good especially if it is Saroki's. So right from the start the customer service was so good. Dude was... super nice and showed patience when explaing the menu to me. You need to know your order will take 15 to 20 minutes but that'sbecause they make it fresh. You can call ahead and even order through their app. The food was so good and hot. We had the Cajunfish and chicken and pizza for the kids. My kids are pizza snobs and said the pizza was really good. Read more

So I doordashed this food and it was STILLLLL HOT when I got it. The Saroki?s fries were THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Waffle fries with... bacon and cheese who can beat that- and it had flavor.
