Rude worker. Old cranky white lady at Gate A60. Ended walking 20 min to gate A20?s and got wonderful service. Worth the walk!

Terrible, rude service. The lady on cash clearly does not care about her job. I said thanks, no reply. She rung my order up... wrong and when I told her she argued with me that I said tall and not grande. Trust me I know what I said, I only ever orderthat size. Then she said I have to pay the difference so I said ok fine, and she tried to charge me another $4+. When I saidthat can?t be right she got all irritated and said you can go on. Hmmm. Got a flavored latte that tastes like it's just coffee a touch of steamed milk and heavy flavoring. No espresso and just... warm. Traveling too long and too tired to worry with it. Staff seemed more interested in trying to figure out who didn't prepsomething for today. Edit: I just read some of the other reviews. This Starbucks has had issues for years, even before Covid.Do yourself a favor when at this airport and go elsewhere. I avoided the Starbucks at the other end of the concourse because itonly had one person working, reading their phone intently, and resting their elbows on the counter. Read more
The barista ignored me for the first three mins although I was the only one standing in line. When I asked for no ice, she gave... me two giant cups of ice in my drink. She also did not respond to me when I asked if it is ok to substitute my drink withlemonade. I have never met anyone in customer service so rude and unresponsive. Read more
One of worst starbucks that I have visited - never heats the bread (and this is the 3rd time they do it saying sorry we can?t... heat it!! Really!!) try another starbucks if you have time - not from here .. Read more
They should just close the location. My wife ordered kids drinks, we were informed they do not have the kids sized cups. When... my little one could not hold her apple juice because it was too cold and in a plastic cup, I went back to ask for a small papercup. Would you know it, it's a kids sized paper cup. The "barrista" gave me a look as if I was asking for somethingunreasonable. I drink a lot of Cold Brew and the only time I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink was due to the nitro needingto be changed. The Cold Brew barely had any ice and was almost room temperature. Think this location should be an easy pass foranyone traveling though Detroit. Read more
