I ordered 6 sandwiches using the app and discovered, once at the hotel, that they were all wrong. The sandwiches even included... ingredients one of us were allergic to. When I called the restaurant they stated that they made what was printed. I'm not surehow this happened. How none of the condiments or cheese made it to the tickets..and how ones we did not order did. The managerasked me to turn around and drive back to a town we passed through but I refused. I will not waste valuable time on the road tomake 6 new sandwiches. I asked for a refund and the manager said she would call the owner. After the owner called the manager,the manager called me to say that I would not be getting a refund. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I've never had an experiencesuch as this at any Subway, everything has always been correct. Maybe it is just this one. But this experience is enough to makeme shop elsewhere in the future.
