I ordered 6 sandwiches using the app and discovered, once at the hotel, that they were all wrong. The sandwiches even included... ingredients one of us were allergic to. When I called the restaurant they stated that they made what was printed. I'm not surehow this happened. How none of the condiments or cheese made it to the tickets..and how ones we did not order did. The managerasked me to turn around and drive back to a town we passed through but I refused. I will not waste valuable time on the road tomake 6 new sandwiches. I asked for a refund and the manager said she would call the owner. After the owner called the manager,the manager called me to say that I would not be getting a refund. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I've never had an experiencesuch as this at any Subway, everything has always been correct. Maybe it is just this one. But this experience is enough to makeme shop elsewhere in the future. They forgot to add the right meats to my sandwich! (That I paid extra for) I used the subway app to order my food so I didn't... have to stand around and wait. Not only did I have to wait 40 minutes past the given pickup time, when I got home my sandwichesweren't made right! The sandwiches were on the wrong breads (which I doubled checked against my order in the app and theworkers got it wrong) and they left off an entire meat option, that I paid an extra 2$ for. This has happened twice now. I'mpretty easy to please but when I get a cheaper sandwich than the one I paid for it's pretty upsetting. Read more
I ordered to have a steak and cheese salad delivered curbside. I personalized my order to remove olives, tomatoes and cucumber.... It said it would be ready at 2:05 I went inside at 2:15 and the one lady said she left already. The other gal grabbed a sackon the counter and handed it to me.. I glanced inside and left. Takes me awhile to decide on what kind of sandwich I want. Very patient and the food is fresh. Good priced
