Local restaraunt on the shore of Lake Erie. A little dated decor and a little dreary on the atmosphere side. Quite busy for a... Tuesday night visit and surprised a reservation might have been in order. Seating and service was prompt and cheerful waitstaffon hand. Ordered the night special of shrimp and pickeral along with a chicken parmesan fettuccini. Pickeral is breaded in pankoand I chose a cajun version. To me it was just okay, maybe cajun just not the best choice, however the pasta dish was too creamyand cheesy for us, too rich to be really enjoyed. Next time around we'll try something different on the menu as we had heardreally good praise but for our first attempt, an average meal. Read more
Really good sea food place but i?d also recommend the Molly?s burger. It was yummy. Watch out for the prices in the menu and ask... specifically for updated menu. Staff working are really nice and ambience is nice as well. Read more
With going on Canada Day it was busy but they made room for us. They did inform us that they were out of the steak special we... went at 8 and they are open till 10. We also asked for bread and were told they had none left. We asked since our granddaughterordered before us if her food could be brought first but was told when the food finally showed up that they were busy andcouldn't fulfill our request. She ordered about 10 minutes before us at least. The food though was hot and tasted fairly goodthough our granddaughter's burger was brought home. The server though did come back to verify everything was good did not bringthe water pitcher back around even though our glasses were empty. The coconut ???? and ribs were good. Delicious food, the appetizers from the Neptune, Calamari were delicious. To our mains being super yummy The escargot was okay... and was overcooked and covered with way too much cheese. Aside from that food was on point. The prices were high, we paid $60pp. Read more
Dined inside out of the heat, the service was friendly (all of the wait staff and the kitchen staff I met as well). We were in... for a weeknight dinner which was exactly our speed as it wasn't very busy. I really liked the attention to detail of the meal,unlike Bayside you feel like you are getting a fully crafted dish prepared with care that isn't designed solely for instagramfolks. The dinner specials were reasonably priced and they accommodated my friend's lactose intolerance well. I alsoappreciated not being pushed to order alcohol. ?? Will definitely come again! Read more
Update May 2022 Have to update my 5 to a 3. Get rid of the crusty old lady who doesn't seem to like her job! Today we stopped in... for lunch at 3 pm. 3 servers casually strolling around, only 3 tables in use and the place was empty.. yet not one of them tookthe time to great me as I stood waiting for someone to offer us a table for a solid 5 minutes. I finally went up and asked if Ishould continue to wait or just seat myself, and the crusty old lady said "just wait a minute".. then said she was busy ...??????? You're not the only game in town.. improve your service or people will eat somewhere else. We went to Bayside which hastheir patio open, much better atmosphere, much friendlier service (They were ACTUALLY busy, yet still said they'd fit us in) andbomb food at reasonable prices!
