Worst experience horrible customer service. Racially profiled at 7am by the two employees as I placed an order for my children.... After greeting the previous customers with a smile. Once I placed my order in a now empty gas station/ Dunkin? Donuts. I washarassed to pay right away while I was simply looking for a beverage. I told them I had no issue paying to please allow me amoment as I need additional thing's. At this point I was told I was being recorded and that I needed to understand them and thatI could not do what I wanted. As new customers began to enter the employees became silent and changed there demeanor to pleasethe entering customers. After all this my order was still incorrect and food was old. I will never enter this place again andhope you choose the gas station across the road to avoid this horrible treatment. Read more
A small, quick serve DD. Coffee is very good, not overly roasted or bitter. Doughnuts are usually fresh, with a few being... extremely well done- like Apple cinnamon filled. Yum. Read more
Nasty third world attitudes from foreigners ,they seem like they were doing you a favor. Prices way too high in all dunkin... stores and donuts and bagels look like they are shrinking.they certainty know how to give you less for your money .I hate thischain of stores. Read more
The -slowest- dunkin donuts I've ever been to..on average it takes me about 5 minutes to get my black coffee when I'm the only... one in there. A couple of the employees also seem to be high out of their minds most of the time. As far as the coffee goes,yeah it's pretty good. But like I said, cancel your plans for the morning if you want coffee from here...and god help you ifyour credit card has a chip. Most disgusting bathroom I have seen in a civilized country. Feces everywhere. No running water in the sink. Completely... ambivalent staff at counter when complained. Said it is a very busy bathroom. Dunkin? Donuts should enforce its standards. Iassume that customers go into the store with unwashed hands after using the bathroom. Read more
I was there at around 7:30pm and asked for a medium cup of coffee black and no sugar. The cashier Sam, put sugar in my cup. I... told him I don?t take sugar, please change this cup, then he got so upset and rude and refused making another cup of coffee. Ihave it on video. He told me no service for you, leave the store.
