I used to love ordering from this establishment. For over 8 years, I never ever had an issue, until today. I ordered food and I... waited for over 3 hours with nothing. I decided to call and figure out what the hold up was. When I called, they said the foodwas delivered to the homeowner. After telling them I did not receive the food and if they could please send the food again tothe right address Aiden (the delivery driver) said he would it. No sooner than 30 seconds later, the owner called back and saidthey aren't sending food because we "received" our product. He started screaming and said DO NOT CALL HERE, CALL THE COPS!!! THEOWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOST ALL OF MY FUTURE BUSINESS. Do not order from this establishment, you will be disrespected anddisappointed. The employees are amazing. This food is so delicious and so fresh and always ready on time. The best I've had so far.
We took out a large pie: half pepperoni and sausage, half chicken and mushroom. Really yummy, especially the chicken and... mushroom. All came out to $27.00. Twenty-minute wait if you order by phone and pick-up your order. We will return when we are inthe area. Read more
They were amazing! I called in the morning and asked if they could make a pizza shaped like the number 4 for my sons birthday. I... didn?t plan ahead and did it that day. They made it and were so sweet about it. The pizza was good. I had no complaints, theyeven asked if I wanted them to trim the edges to make it perfect. Really happy about the customer service! We'd gone to another late-night pizza place but they were out of cheese slices. On a whim, we tried this one in a mini shopping... plaza next to King Kugel. Happy to say the server had an entire cheese pie to reheat 2 slices from. Slices were vintage NY. Sowe pushed our luck & ordered spaghetti & meatballs to go, which wasn't as good. Decent though. Tomato sauce was too sweet &meatballs had way too much chunky bread filler. At the time, they were doing a live Facebook stream for a drawing & seemed tohave fun. Read more
