Just want to say the guy Ariel working the counter Friday night 9/30 around 11PM is a great guy and an asset to this location!... Most people only want to leave reviews for bad service and I feel it's harder and harder to come by a younger worker whoactually cares these days. Especially in a fast food spot, especially on a Friday night. Ariel went above and beyond to makesure my order was being prepped when we couldn't locate it in the system and made sure everything was correct, went above andbeyond what most usually do. I remember with tremendous nostalgia the times as HS students we chipped couple of dollars and hang out after night school for... few minutes. And we ordered through a person our snacks and the orders were made accurate too. Taco Bell is not the same as Iremember. Now this days there is a machine to take your order (for my surprise. And first time) eventually you get to talk to aperson who might or not assist you. Also my order was wrongly made and incomplete. (I only got 70% of my order) it was my firsttime in and probably my last. The only good thing from Taco Bell was the drinks. I don't know if this location premakes tacos during their busy hours but I ordered 3 hard tacos during dinner hours and got home... after a few minutes and they were completely soggy. It was all mushy the shells. I couldn't even lift them because they wouldjust fall apart. Had to eat it with a fork. It was like it was sitting there for a while. Read more
I went in to order the food. The worker behind the counter told me to order from their computer. Easy enough. At the end, it... asks how did I want to pay. I said cash. The cashier could not see the order that I placed. Took them 15 minutes to get themachine to work. Finally I was able to pay. The crew was friendly enough, however they should get trained on their computers. Read more
Sad to have to review a Taco Bell, but this is an absolute disgrace of a location. All of our food came like this from the drive... through. Forgot half of our items, didn?t put any of the boxed items in their boxes, and the wrappings are an absolute mess. Hadto go back and request an entirely new order, since everything was carelessly thrown in the bag and inedible. Read more
