I ordered door dash from them and when our food got here we didn't have any straws and my hamburger was still raw. Like... seriously you want people to eat your food the least you can do is make sure its properly cooked. This is ridiculous. Ten minutes for a QPC? I never got it. I was asked to pull to the curbside after ten minutes! I asked the extremely rude young... lady at the window how long is it going to take and she responded with its corporate rules to make fresh meat, do I want freshmeat or old meat? I went OK how long is that because it?s already been 10 minutes. She?s very rudely responded with ?I have a50 double cheeseburgers on my board.? If the saying "you only got one shot at a first impression" is true, then my first impression of this mcdonalds is disgusting.... It's dirty everywhere. There are spills of some liquid or another on the ground. It's seems chaotic watching behind the counter.No one is seemingly in charge. I would probably ask for a refund but it may take me even longer to accomplish that. This is byway no fault of teenagers working here.
